1. Order Processing & Shipping Timeframes
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Once shipped, delivery usually takes approximately 4–5 business days depending on the destination, shipping carrier, and location.
Please note that processing and delivery times may vary during launches, holidays, or high-volume periods.
2. Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
You can track your order directly through the tracking link included in your shipping confirmation email.
3. Shipping Carriers
Beuyancy™ works with trusted shipping carriers to ensure reliable delivery.
Our primary shipping carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL depending on the destination and service availability.
4. Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, Beuyancy™ only ships within the United States.
We currently do not offer international shipping.
5. Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to make changes to your order or request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at shop@beuyancy.com.
A member of our team will assist you based on the status of your order.
6. Exchange Policy
At this time, we do not offer returns.
We only offer exchanges for sizing adjustments under the following conditions:
- Item must be unworn
- Item must be free of makeup, deodorant, stains, odors, or imperfections
- Original tags must remain attached
- Exchange request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
Customers are responsible for the return shipping label associated with the exchange process.

No exceptions will be made outside of the 7-day exchange window.
7. Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Some orders may experience shipping limitations depending on carrier restrictions or destination accessibility.
8. Delays & Carrier Issues
While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, Beuyancy™ is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, lost packages, or other circumstances outside of our control.
If any significant issue arises with your shipment, please contact us and our team will do our best to assist you.
