1. Returns

At this time, Beuyancy™ does not offer refunds or returns. All sales are considered final unless otherwise stated.

2. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for sizing adjustments only.

To qualify for an exchange, items must meet all of the following conditions:

• Unworn and unused
• Free of makeup, deodorant, stains, odors, pet hair, or any imperfections
• Returned with all original tags attached
• Submitted within 7 days of delivery

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

3. Exchange Process

To request an exchange, please contact our team at shop@beuyancy.com with your order number and exchange request. A member of our team will guide you through the process and provide return instructions if your exchange is approved.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the return shipping label and any shipping costs associated with the exchange process.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchange Approval

All exchanged items are subject to inspection once received. Beuyancy™ reserves the right to deny exchanges if items are returned worn, damaged, washed, or outside of the exchange eligibility window.

6. Exchange Window

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. No exceptions will be made outside of this timeframe.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shop@beuyancy.com and include clear photos of the issue.

Our team will review the situation and assist you accordingly.

8. Final Sale Items

Items marked as final sale, promotional products, gift cards, and accessories may not qualify for exchanges unless otherwise stated.

9. Policy Updates

Beuyancy™ reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
